Pre-Apprenticeship
Program
This program will benefit new apprentices by teaching them the skills they need to be a productive contributor their first day on the job.
The 24-hour course blends classroom lecture with a variety of hands-on activities to reinforce skills such as material identification, ladder/job site safety, the all-important soft skills, and so much more.
Labs are designed for students to practice bending conduit, using hand tools, cordless drills and ladders. Also included is installation of junction boxes and devices, as well as terminating MC and NM cables.
This is the perfect class to help new apprentices feel more confident going into their first day on-the-job!
Students will receive a certificate of completion for this course.
